Accessibility Commitment
Conformance target, known limitations, and the response time for a reported barrier.
The Standard Applied
Accessibility is treated as part of the quality of this website. cmmcalibrationindianapolis.com is built to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
In practice that means text that meets contrast requirements, headings that follow a logical order, form fields with visible labels and clear error messages, images with text alternatives, and pages that can be operated with a keyboard alone. Conformance is reviewed whenever pages change.
Current Gaps
A handful of items may still fall outside the target. Scope documents and certificates arriving as PDFs from third parties may not be tagged for screen readers, and text alternatives can be missing from older uploaded files.
If Something Blocks You
If any part of this site cannot be used, report it through the contact page, which also lists the contact details for the desk that handles them. Reports are acknowledged within three (3) business days.
While the underlying page is corrected, the information requested is supplied in an alternative format — plain email, large print, or read over the telephone. No request is held up by the barrier itself.
